Iran Darroudi, the acclaimed Iranian artist known for her signature examinations of light upon the Iranian desert, turned 71 this year.  Discussing her fascination for her subject matter she reflects upon her past work, influences, and creative process- giving us a fresh insight into the new directions her art now pursues.
